Family! Ruth and I have been a team since we were married in 1969! Along the way, we watched our three daughters become adults and provide us with 7 grandkids.

Travel! We both like to travel and have had the opportunity to see many national parks and visit many countries. In our travel, we often enjoy transport by rail - I have started a series of articles about train travel.http://www.squidoo.com/memorabletrainridesshapeimage_3_link_0

Former Sunday School Teacher, Youth Leader, Children’Äôs Ministries (CSSM) leader.
Earlier in my life, was into puppets. Was fun for ministry and at home with the kids.
Left-leaning politically, favoring the justice side of ’Äúliberty and justice for all’Äù but prefer balance if possible. Disgusted by extremist rhetoric on all sides. Don’Äôt believe in the single issue approach to voting.
Although I took violin lessons for several years with my daughter, I am musically daft. I like classical, jazz, blues, ragtime, some show tunes, the scores for superhero movies like Superman, hymns, and children’Äôs music.
If it isn’Äôt already clear, what I REALLY enjoy is organizing information, tasks, and skills and converting them into an educational and/or training experience. Or creating reference materials (aka job aids) that mitigate the need for training.
I tend to be, well, negative. An old friend said that my kite was always dragging. Thinking well of myself and others is something I keep working on. How about you? Want some help? Click below to read about my personal YES campaign.
